Cashback is calculated based on a player's eligible casino net gaming activity between Monday 00:00 UTC and Sunday 23:59 UTC.
Sports betting activity does not contribute towards Cashback.
Cashback varies from 1% to 12% and depends on your current Loyalty Level at the time your Cashback becomes available.
Cashback becomes available to claim when the Cashback period ends.
Players have 7 days to claim their Cashback, otherwise it will expire and cannot be reinstated.
The maximum Cashback that can be received is €2,500 per cashback period.
There is no minimum Cashback amount required for payment.
Cashback will not be paid on duplicate, linked or fraudulent accounts.
