XP:

XP (Experience Points) are your fast track to climbing Loyalty Levels and unlocking bigger perks. Here’s how you earn 'em:

Casino Wagering:

• Slots: 10 XP for every €10 wagered
• Other Casino Games: 5 XP per €10 wagered - but only if the bet multiplier is ≤ 0.95 or ≥ 1.5 (no XP for tiny edge-case plays)

Sports Betting:

• 10 XP for every €10 wagered - but only if the bet is settled at odds of 1.5 or higher

Missions:

• You also get XP when you complete a mission:
• Casino missions: XP = 1.25x the Coins you earned
• Sports missions: XP = 2x the Coins you earned

Coins

• You start at Noob (we all do)
• You level up by earning XP
• Each level-up gives you a guaranteed Cash Bonus
• Cashback % on losses also increases as you climb
• From Degen (Level 7) up, you get a personal VIP Manager
• Reach Satoshi Sensei (Level 11) and unlock a dedicated Personal Manager

Play your favourite casino games during the weekly Cashback period, from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC.

At the end of the period, we calculate your Cashback based on your eligible net casino gaming activity. The percentage you can receive depends on your Loyalty Level and ranges from 1% to 12%.

If you’re due Cashback, it will be available to claim when the period ends. Simply log in and claim it within 7 days, otherwise it will expire.

Sports betting does not count towards Cashback.

Missions are mini-challenges covering Casino, Sportsbook and activities around CryptoCasino. There are 120 in total, and completing them can earn you:

• 🪙 Coins
• 🧠 XP (based on the Coin reward)
• 🏅 Mission Badges (for the bragging rights)

Missions can include things like:

• Playing specific games
• Making deposits
• Placing sports bets
• Logging in
• Updating your avatar or completing other account activities
• Completing Bonus Buys
• Joining Telegram
• Taking part in tournaments

Some Missions are locked until you complete another Mission first. If you click on a locked Mission, a pop-up will tell you exactly which Mission you need to complete to unlock it.

Once you complete a Mission, you MUST claim it to receive your rewards. You have 60 days from completing the Mission, otherwise it will expire.

Every Mission comes with a guaranteed reward. The more you complete and claim, the more you earn and the faster you climb the Loyalty Levels.

Easy. Head to the Loyalty Store and take your pick:

• 🎰 Free Spins (35x wagering on winnings)
• 🏈 Free Sports Bets (min odds 1.5+)

New rewards are added regularly, so don’t hoard those Coins forever.

Nope. Once a Mission is live, it’s there until you complete it.

Once completed, you MUST claim it to receive your reward.

You have 60 days to do so, otherwise it will expire.

Some Missions from Level 6 onwards can be repeated. But there are 71 Missions to get through before then, so you won’t be running out of things to do anytime soon.

Not at the moment. XP and Coins don’t expire. Will that always be the case? We’ll see...

Absolutely. Your Loyalty dashboard lets you keep track of:

• Your XP and Coins balances
• Missions in progress
• Your Loyalty Level and progress towards the next one
• Your XP and Coins history
• Your Loyalty Store purchases

And if something doesn’t look right, give Support a shout and we’ll accidentally nudge a developer out the window.

Always. But here’s the short version:

• Our usual Bonus T&Cs apply where relevant, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds and other restrictions.
• Not all games, bets or activity contribute equally towards XP, Coins, Missions or promotions, so always check the specific rules.
• Rewards may have their own wagering requirements, expiry periods or other conditions.
• And obviously, no bonus abuse, multi-accounting, fraud or other shady play. We ban first and sip tea later.
