To counteract potential online fraud and ensure the return of funds to the customer's personal account, withdrawals are exclusively processed through payment methods previously utilized by the customer for deposits in the past.

Withdrawals must exceed €25 or the equivalent in currency.

SEPA bank transfers will incur a fee of 15 EUR.

Our withdrawal process is deliberately designed to be user-friendly and fully transparent. Hence, if you decide to redeem your winnings, rest assured that we will handle your withdrawal promptly and keep you updated at every stage of the process. As a valued customer, we believe you are entitled to know the status of your withdrawal from the moment you request it until it's in your possession.

Whenever feasible, we will offer the payment method you used for depositing, as an option for your withdrawals. In situations where the deposit method cannot be employed for withdrawals, a suitable alternative will be offered.

Please be aware that, while we endeavor to meet our Processing Time, we cannot guarantee these timeframes without exception, as delays might arise due to external factors. The Processing Time denotes the duration it takes for the withdrawal to exit our banking system and applies exclusively to KYC-verified accounts with no suspicious activity.


The Withdrawal Process

Stage 1: Initiate a Withdrawal

Simply log in and navigate to This Page, choose the desired withdrawal amount and method. An email confirmation will be sent to you to verify the successful submission.

Your withdrawal will now be in our pending withdrawals queue.


Stage 2: Account KYC and Gameplay Validation

If your account hasn't undergone verification (KYC) yet, you will be prompted to complete our verification procedure. This verification is a one-time requirement.

During this stage, your account is scanned for any suspicious or unusual transactions and betting patterns. There's no need for concern if you exclusively use our services for legitimate entertainment.


Stage 3: Withdrawal Processing

Upon successful validation of your account and confirmation of non-suspicious activity, your withdrawal will be processed, leading to the departure of funds from our banking system.

You will receive an email notification confirming the successful processing of your withdrawal.


Stage 4: Receipt of Funds

The time interval between processing your withdrawal and receiving the funds will vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the bank where your account is held. Typically, bank transfer withdrawals will reflect in your account within 3 to 10 business days, while e-wallet withdrawals are virtually instantaneous.

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT+1, excluding Maltese bank holidays. If you initiate your withdrawal after 3:30 PM, the processing time will commence on the following business day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during withdrawal request lies within your responsibility. Incorrect details may result in delays in receiving your funds, so kindly double-check.

Should any delay occur at any stage of your withdrawal, we will promptly notify you about the delay and the reasons behind it.


Safety Control - KYC (Know Your Customer)

For safety considerations, there might be instances where we implement a credit card verification or an identity check. You will receive an email notification regarding this, or you might be prompted to verify your identity on our website when requesting a withdrawal. Please be assured that, if necessary, KYC will carried out promptly and efficiently.
